Hand signals you need to know

Compulsory Items

• Valid driving License / ID proof for Pillion

• RC Book copy

• Insurance papers

• Helmet (for both rider & pillion)

We will check the above before we depart. Anybody without any of the above will not be allowed to join.

Essential Items

• Headlight,Taillight and Indicators should be in working condition

• Rear view mirrors (compulsory)

• Bike to be serviced a few days prior to the trip (spark plugs, engine oil, tires)

Back pack

• Sunglasses / riding gloves

• Rain Jacket  

• 2 sets of change of clothes

• Towel

• Plug spanner / wheel spanner

• screw driver

• LED Torchlight

• Minimum Toiletries

• Basic first aid kit

RULES THAT YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW

• Driving only on the extreme left lane on Highways

• Drive with your headlights even in the day

• No stunt driving

• No racing

• No Alcohol consumption  

• Should drive with the headlights on even in the daytime

• Should keep a 30 meters distance with the bike in front and also keep a visual on the bike following you.

• If you don't see the biker in your rear view mirror, you slow down or stop.

• Speed limits to be followed -

80kmh on highways

60km/h on country roads

50km/h  on hills section

40km/h within towns/villages

• No overtaking on Left turns

• No parallel driving  

• Always give way for uphill traffic

• Use Indicators in addition to hand signals to indicate stopping, turning , slowdown etc.

• No using the Cellphone while driving
