How to Register for Treks
Registration is Free and totally simple.
Before you register for a trek you need to create your login profile.
Please ensure that you give a valid phone number and email ID. You will get a OTP/SMS on your phone to confirm the same, similarly you will also get a link in your email which you will have to confirm. Only after you confirm both will the website alert the webmaster. The webmaster will enable your profile.
From then on you will get SMS and email alerts about all treks.
Incase you are interested in joining a particular trek, you will go to the website and register for that event using your login email ID/phone & password. From then on you will enter the payment gateway to enable you to pay. After you have made the payment you will go to the documents for that particular event and you will find a "Who is coming" link. On opening it you will find the list of persons who have registered. Your name should be in it. If you notice any error please inform the admin at email@example.com
Credit Card / Debit Card - Accepted along with Service charge. While making payments using phone please ensure that your cell signal is consistent and you should not refresh the page, since it could lead to a transaction error.
You can also do NETBANKING (no charge). But you would have to do it prior to your login since you would be asked to attach the screenshot of your transaction.

Please write the trek name, your name, phone no, email ID on the cover.
As soon as you make the payment, your details will be uploaded on the website and your name will show up on the who is coming list.
Cancellations,Dropouts, No show, Refunds and other causes.
Incase you have not made your payment on the last date specified, the website will close registrations automatically.
If you have made your payment and you wish to drop-out and get a full refund you should inform us by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org before we send the "Registration closed" email/Mesage.
Incase you have paid and dropped out after the closing date, we might have committed or pre-paid some of our expenses which might be difficult to re-work, in which case refund will not be possible. In some cases a part-amount can be refunded. This will be decided by us on a case to case basis.
Incase of sudden weather changes or other natural calamities where the trek has to be called off, a partial refund will be considered.
Any excess amount remaining after the trek will be transferred to our Charity projects.
